LMAJ Worships at Lucea United Church
On April 12, 2026, The Lay Magistrates' Association of Jamaica (LMAJ) joined the congregation of Lucea United Church for a special Thanksgiving Worship Service as part of the Association's 41st Anniversary celebrations.
The Association expresses sincere gratitude to Reverend Glenroy Clarke, JP, and the congregation for their warm hospitality and inspiring message of Shalom, which emphasized peace, reconciliation, and restoration. The message reaffirmed the values that continue to guide the LMAJ in its mission of Strengthening Justice Through Service.
LMAJ thanks Lucea United Church for its partnership and support in making this occasion a meaningful and memorable celebration.

2025 Golden Scale Awards Banquet
The Golden Scale Awards Ceremony, hosted by the Lay Magistrates' Association of Jamaica (LMAJ), is an annual event that celebrates the outstanding service, commitment, and integrity of Justices of the Peace (JPs) across Jamaica. The ceremony recognizes individuals who have made exceptional contributions to their communities and to the administration of justice while upholding the values and mission of the Association.
